day 54

Good evening everybody. Tonight will be a short post as well. This morning when I got off I wasn't able to sleep. So I decided to get my 2 miles out of the way. Even with skipping yesterday, whenever I tried to run today it still hurt like hell. So I decided something and talked with Erin about it briefly. Basically I still plan on taking the civil service test. I'm going to try to get better and be able to run by then. However, if a day before hand, I'm noticing that I still can't run then I will not worry about it. I have back up plans, so if it doesn't work out then there are always other possibilities.

On a different note, the other guard called in yet again last night. This morning I sent the guy working with me filling in for him home early and I worked late. Then tonight he no called no showed. So here I am up at work again. It doesn't look good for him. They already asked me if I would be available tomorrow if they couldn't reach him. I told them I would be here and to call me. So, I don't know if the other guard will still be here or not. I wonder if my normal schedule will change. I guess we will see! That's all for tonight! More tomorrow.
