Well this is quite interesting. Here we are, on the road, driving on the highway to go down towards KC and pick Ally up from the grand parents house and when we left, I mentinoed to Erin that I thought we should bring our 4G mobile wifi and our computers with us. That way, one of us could drive on the way down while the other tried to work on school work and then on the way back, we would switch. Well, I was trying to do what I could for this week's algebra assignment, and I am again struggling really bad. I'm looking forward to our ACN business taking off and having less to worry about. Speaking of that, we are hosting a speaker at our house this coming tuesday. We have a lot of people that we are planning to invite, including quite a few people from businesses that we know, and I figure this business is highly thought of by doctors, dentists, medical staff, etc, and so I am thinking of talking to the surgeon I had when I got my gall bladder removed and inviting him, as well as our family doctor, and Erin is going to invite the dental surgeon that extracted her broken tooth the other day. Hell, I want to go down to our local verizon store and talk to the manager there, and over at where we get our oil changed, the manager that works there is very familiar with us because we had our fuel filter changed there and he had to redo it because it leaked when we drove off, and he gave us 2 free oil changes on the house. So he'd be a good one to tag. So, here's hoping for a huge turnout for the reception tuesday night. =)
So I was trying to work on algebra and even with the stuff that should help, dang, I'm just floundering. I can't wait to be done with algebra and I hope to God that I can pull off a passing grade. I think I am just barely below passing right now, so basically I am currently failing, but hopefully I can pull it out of my arse. =P
So anyway, when Erin and I started our ACN businesses, I immediately messaged Josh and Sonia because I thought "they were so gungho about monavie and were able to do really well with that, but they had to keep doing monavie parties, and with this business, you don't have to sell to people, plus you really don't have to keep meeting with them. Josh and Sonia would rock at this business, and I figure, when erin and I move up the ladder and are eventually making a residual income every month and not having to work, and continueing to build our business, I would love for my family members to be right there with me...but that just means that when we succeed, maybe they will want to jump in then. We shall see! So I was working on algebra and today's assignment is pretty bad. I got the first few questions right, but then I got the next few wrong. Sometimes I just absolutely can not figure out how I need to solve the problem. I can do all the practice stuff I want and sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesnt.
So recently we made a trip to PA near Philly to visit family, apply for jobs, look at houses, etc, just to do the preliminary. THings went well. It's interesting, because I really love that side of the family, even though it's erin's side and not mine. I guess what I love about them out there, compared to moving closer to her kc family, or my family, is that all the family in philly are all about family. They don't judge us, they accept us no matter what, and they have always been supportive no matter what. It's kind of sad in a way, but I guess it is what it is. So we found a few houses that we really like, and we do have a favorite. It's been on the market for about a year now. As soon as we got back in town we connected with this lender that also does credit repair and guarantees that in 3-6 months we would have a credit score of near 700 and be lendable. So we started the process with them and we will probably be renting to start, but within 3months to 8 months hopefully be financing our first home.
So on that note, I'm going to sign off here and see if I might be able to pull another few impossible algebra problems out of my arse! I will write again after we start to get more people on our acn team and things start to pull ahead even more. ;) Talk to you soon.
